Addagrip was delighted to be asked to help with a smart new resin bound porous surface for this stunning private swimming pool at a country property in East Sussex.
Surfacing requirements
The client wanted the existing surfacing replaced with a smooth, contemporary product with good slip resistance. The paving needed to be decorative, comfortable underfoot and easy to maintain. Terrabound Resin Bound surfacing proved to be just the solution.
Terrabound which is porous, practical, low maintenance and smooth underfoot, transformed the existing pool area with a seamless surface. In addition, pool cover fixings were drilled into the Terrabound surface to complete the project. The client chose a 6mm Rhine Gold blend to complement the rural setting, resulting in an attractive porous poolside surface which provides comfort and safety with no surface water and good slip resistance.
The new pool surface was installed in September 2013.
