Addagrip approved contractor Midland Decorative Surfaces was appointed to install an area of 1750m2 of BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound surfacing to rejuvenate the existing paving for the plaza of the Winnersh Triangle Business Park in Berkshire.
Winnersh Triangle is a 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use business park located in Reading, offering commercial office spaces including major headquarter buildings, Grade A offices and start-up office suites.
The existing resin bonded surface was starting to age and the client was looking for a solution to enable them to restore the decorative natural aggregate appearance with a product with a longer lifespan. Midland Decorative Surfaces were asked by client Colliers to install a Resin Bound system over the old bonded paving. Once the existing surface had been prepared, Resin Bound Addaset in a 6mm Acorn blend was overlaid to create a decorative but hard wearing paving to smarten up the area in front of the hotel and shops on site.
The installation was completed in May 2019.
