Addagrip approved contractor True Grip Ltd were appointed by Mountwood Homes to install this stunning driveway at a property in St George’s Hill, Surrey.

The demands of the discerning homebuyer require the new homes to meet the highest possible standards and materials are chosen carefully. True Grip Ltd secured the project through recommendation, having previously worked on a number of developments within this prestigious gated community in Surrey.
Surfacing requirements
The client was looking for a decorative, porous surface in a natural looking aggregate finish to complement the style of the property. Having already seen Addaset on a similar project, a 10mm Chocolate Buff * blend of BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound porous surfacing was selected for the sweeping driveway with turning circle at the front of the property.
Addaset is low maintenance and provides a hard wearing surface with good slip resistance which was important for the steep driveway and the 10mm aggregate blend ensures maximum porosity of the Resin Bound surface. True Grip Ltd installed over 310m2, working skilfully around the granite sets which edged the driveway and the perimeter for the turning circle area to create a high quality finish for a high quality property.
The installation was completed in 2017.
