Grade II listed Haseley Manor located in Hatton, Warwickshire has undergone a sympathetic restoration and transformation offering a collection of high-specification apartments in the manor itself and new houses set within the beautiful grounds. As part of the development, Terrabound resin bound porous paving was selected to create stunning new walkways in keeping with the historic location.
Surfacing requirement
The client, Spitfire Homes, which specialises in sustainable high-spec residential developments, was looking to create decorative natural aggregate pathways for the heritage courtyard. The chosen product needed to provide a quality paving solution that would meet the high specification of the project and be sympathetic to the Manor building and exclusive new houses. The new surfacing also needed to be low maintenance and seamless to provide a natural aggregate look for the historic gardens.
Addagrip approved contractor Greenstone Landscapes, part of the Total Protection group, was appointed to install 618sqm of Terrabound resin bound porous paving in 6mm Peanut blend for the historic courtyard pathways around the fountain and formal borders.
The installation was completed in October 2019 much to the satisfaction of the client who was thrilled with the end result, advising “I thought it looked a picture! Great Job!”
