Over 200m2 of Addabound resin bound permeable surfacing was installed for the driveway of this beautiful property in Oxshott, Surrey.

Addagrip approved contractor Total Protection was appointed by Bell and Sons to provide a resin bound porous product to meet the property’s high quality materials specification.
The client was looking for a low maintenance, porous, seamless paving with good slip resistance that would complement the white, grey and heritage green colour pallet of the property. As well as quality, the client required a long lasting surfacing solution for the driveway.
With its BBA certification, Environmental Product Declaration and lifespan of up to 25 years, the Addabound resin bound porous system was the perfect product. The client selected a UV stable Oyster blend which also has the benefit of including recycled content.
The new resin bound surface offers a decorative, low maintenance, natural aggregate paving with good permeability. It is SuDS compliant and gives a contemporary feel to suit the house.
