Heritage Design & Build appointed Addagrip approved contractor True Grip Ltd to manage the installation of the macadam sub base and Addagrip Addastone to this prestigious property in St Georges Hill.
Surfacing requirements
The client was looking to achieve the look of loose gravel but did not want the maintenance issues and was concerned about aggregate being travelled from the driveway into the property. The surface needed to be decorative but hard wearing whilst providing a natural aggregate aesthetic.
A total of 493m2 of Addastone resin bonded surfacing was installed, using 1mm-3mm Buff Chinese Bauxite to provide a hard wearing, natural aggregate finish. The client requested a heating system was incorporated into the asphalt on the access ramps to the underground garage, ensuring that the Addastone surface would remain snow-free in the winter months.
