The Farmhouse, part of the Hungry Horse chain in Exmouth, has undergone substantial renovation to both the interior and exterior of this popular Devon pub restaurant, including new resin bound permeable paving for the garden area.
Surfacing requirement
The client was looking for a new decorative surfacing for the garden to upgrade the seating area and the pub entrance with a practical finish that would be easy to look after. The paving needed to be smooth underfoot and porous to minimise surface water.
Addagrip approved contractor I-Dream Solutions was invited to install BBA approved Terrabound resin bound porous surfacing to offer a low maintenance decorative paving solution. The surface can be power washed to keep it clean.
The client selected a Terrabound Golden Tan blend for the garden seating area and Terrabound Peanut for the entrance to define the two areas.
The 170m2 installation was completed in March 2021 in time for the re-opening of the pub.
