Addagrip approved contractor Rich Developments (UK) Ltd has just completed this stunning porous driveway in Sutton Coldfield with the installation of a BBA approved Addaset Resin Bound surface.
Surfacing requirements
The client was looking for a decorative, porous, seamless paving to create a feature driveway incorporating a block detailed turning circle with matching driveway edging requiring over 5000 stone sets. Addaset permeable resin bound surfacing is SuDS compliant and offered the seamless option that the client was looking for.
To ensure there were no day joints, Rich Developments worked with 2 teams to get all 570sqms of resin bound Addaset installed in one day.
Having chosen our popular Scandinavian Pearl blend to contrast with the red brick of the house, the client is delighted with the finished result. The new decorative paving provides a low maintenance, natural aggregate driveway with no loose aggregate and good slip resistance.
The new driveway was completed in August 2020.
